Happy Spring!

At last, the weather is starting to cooperate, and many (including me) turn their thoughts to fresh spring desserts, perfect for Easter, Mother's Day, and wedding showers.

Our favorite spring flavor? Lemon. Lemon just seems to shout "It's spring!" from the rooftops. But this is a newsletter devoted to chocolate, which includes white chocolate.

Lemon plays nicely with white chocolate in the kitchen, and we've brought to you a delightful recipe combining the two flavors with a hefty dose of cream cheese. It's no-bake, so you can spend less time in the kitchen and more time out in the sunshine.

We've included some good news about the relationship of chocolate to skin. Plus, we direct you to San Francisco this month for their upcoming chocolate festival.
